Our rates are very competitive since we are a smaller based company. We have fewer overheads and therefore can pass the savings on to you. Our delivery technician offers personalized service that includes set-up of the equipment. Each piece of equipment is set-up and demonstrated to the patient. An in-home assessment is conducted by the technician to ensure the safety and needs of the patient. Our services include 24 hour on call emergency service and our office hours are M-F (9:00 a.m-5:00 p.m.). There are patient follow-up calls to ensure the patient is happy with the equipment.
We also adhere to all OSHA standards upon delivery and set-up of the equipment for the patient We review all patient rights and responsibilities upon delivery of the equipment. It is only through patient and doctor satisfaction that our business grows.
